Due to our limited free time together, usually we will spend our free hours at the beach, at home, at restaurant or at mall etc. It is a bit hard to get out of Manjung when we both have a quite opposite schedule. T_T. Sometimes, on my off day, Haziq will be working either 7am-5pm or 7am-9pm, so we only have few hours before another working day. While, on Haziq's off day, I will be working 7am-7pm or 10am-10pm.
Challenging.
But, it is okay, I do believe as long as we spend few quality hours together, I feel a bit satisfied at least, even though I am still looking forward for more free times. Most of times, either of us will send a sweet drink to the hospital, just to meet each other. Haha.
That's a challenge to marry a health care worker, no matter doctors, nurses, MAs etc - the working hours are not fixed at all.
Anyway, this is one of our dating style (read as eating-and-getting-fat-together-then-regret-our-weight-gain). HEHEHE

Black Canyon Restaurant, AEON Seri Manjung
One of my favourite restaurant when it comes to air-conditioned restaurants in Manjung. I am not really into fast food, still prefer rice and side dishes etc. Chicken Rice Shop is another good place to eat here. :)
This time, we decided to try other menus instead of the regular ones we usually had. So, here we go.

| Roasted Whole Chicken Leg with Stir-Fried Mixed Vegetables served with Rice (RM 11.90) - Haziq loves chicken very much lol. He prefer chicken for everyday meals. |

| Tomyum - a part of set meal. Tomyum at this restaurant is a menu that is highly recommended. It tastes delicious and you will keep craving for more. |

| Spicy Stir-Fried Fusilli with Seafood and Hot Basil (RM 11.90) - the taste is a bit weird, maybe because the pasta is a bit dry. Even though I love basil, but this menu will not be in our future list :) |

| Thai Style "Kway Teow Ladna" with Chicken (RM 9.90) - the gravy soup is not that thick for me, but it is well cooked. Yummy as well :) |

| Mexican Iced Coffee (RM 11.90) - Haziq really wants to try this, we thought the glass will be a bit bigger (if you see the menu book), but nope, it is maybe around 300ml? |

- Thai Fragrant Rice (RM 1.90)
- Minced Chicken with Hot Basil and Fried Eggs (RM 11.90)
- Stir-Fried Kailan with Salted Fish (RM 9.90)
The price is of course pricey if you compared to normal kedai makan outside. But, trust me, the portion is big enough to share between 3-4 people especially if you order rices and few side dishes. Worth the money with the portion and taste :)
Other good points:

Baked Fish Fillets - SUPER DUPER EASY!

I am a seafood lover :)
However, as you may know, Czech is a land-lock country. Don't ever expect any cheap seafood - neither raw nor cooked.
A kilogram of frozen pack of medium-sized prawns can simply costs you around 400kc = RM 60+
T____T. Itu yang bila balik Malaysia, tiap kali makan luar kena order seafood.
Fresh fishes are hard to get unless you live in countrysides where there are lakes / pool full of them. Even, you need a license to go fishing. Haha. Oh, you can get kinda 'fresh' carp during Christmas season as carps are traditional food for Czech people on Christmas Eve.

| Baked Fish Fillets |
I baked this for lunch. My left hand has not recovered yet, I just don't feel good to use it on heavy duty. Nak study pun kebas, apatah lagi potong bawang tumis bla bla bla. Malas jugak sebenarnya. So, the alternative is put everything into the oven. Jadilah makanan niii :D
It is very easy. Really.
- Cut the defrost fish fillets into medium pieces.
- Sprinkle the fillets and vegetables with paprika and black pepper.
- Leave for 5 minutes.
- Put the vegetables into the baking tray, then put fish fillets on top of them.
- Squeeze half a lemon onto them.
- Leave in to cook in the oven with temperature 150 degree Celsius for 30 minutes.
While waiting, you can just proceed with whatever task you are doing.
See, senang pun senang. Sedap pun sedap. Untuk tekak saya lah :)
Oh yea, brokoli tu rasa macam chips :D Boleh la try kalau nak control diri taknak makan chips.

Trdelník ni sejenis pastry ataupun dessert yang boleh katakan famous kat Czech ni. Sebenarnya, korang boleh jumpa trdelník ni kat negara lain jugak - macam Austria, Slovakia, Jerman pun. :) Kat Malaysia pun dengarnya dah ada trdelník - kat Pavilion. Boleh try cari ea.
Apa yang sedapnya?
Nama pun dessert, majoriti orang akan kata sedap. Haha. Trdelník ni awalnya dulu banyak dijual masa Christmas Market je, terutamanya kat bandar saya ni. Macam sekarang, kalau nak makan trdelník, kena ke Prague. :D
Saya pernah berkongsi dalam beberapa post-post sebelum ni.
Sejak wujudnya trdelník versi yang berisi ice cream, semakin banyak stall trdelník kat Prague ni. Tapi diorang jual versi biasa, setakat ni versi yang berisi ice cream etc ni ada kat satu kedai je - Good Food namanya

Trdelník versi ice cream ni memang nampak trendy untuk orang yang ala-ala hipster ni. :)
Yang saya beli namanya Chimney Blizzard (with soft ice-cream) dan memang sedap ice cream nya :D Trdelník nya pulak hmmm kurang sedap sikit, mungkin sebab kembang sikit dek ice cream. Tapi, overall saya boleh bagi 8/10 :D
Untuk yang suka whipped cream, boleh try Chimney Cream.
Chimney Twister tu nampak unik sangat, cuma takleh makan sebab ada ham dalamnya. Tak dapat nak imagine something sweet macam ni makan dengan ham. -_-' Haha

Ada satu masa dulu, trdelník yang paling up ialah berperisa nutella. Fuh, memang excited dibuatnya untuk peminat Nutella. Sampaikan ada yang siap bawak nutella sendiri, pastu tambah extra kat trdelník sebab rasa tak cukup. :)
Boleh la try letak ice cream sendiri jugak. Hihi. Tambah 50kc untuk ice cream tu, dah boleh beli ice cream Tesco bekas yang besar sebenarnya.
Zaman sekarang ni - style tu yang orang tengok kannn....
Tapi, sekali sekala okay je. Bukan selalu pun kannnnn. Sila sila :D

Kalau korang berjalan ke Prague, boleh ke kedai ni yea. Alamat ada dalam gambar kat atas. Basically landmark nya ialah kedai ni sangat dekat dengan Charles Bridge (Karluv most). Letaknya antara Charles Bridge dengan Old Town.
Rindu cendol, ais kacang, coconut shake....
